So what is it? organo gold it is known as the coffee that pays, it is very known for being the best coffee in the world but first let me tell you a story, now I was working in a collections agency frustrated one day by having an argument with my supervisor at the time, I was very angry because in this company your pushed to collect as many payments from consumers who owes debt from credit cards they've used in the past, now how many people answer there phones and talk to bill collectors? yeah almost no one likes being harassed by somebody who is just trying to get a commission check, that day I got up and went to the break area to get some coffee and a supervisor from another department asked me would I like to go from making $500 a week to making $1500 a week now of course you would love that but I wasn't sure what he meant by that later on he sent me a link to his website he has through organo gold, that I went to and kind of liked what I saw but I has a lot of doubts at first but I did some research, and this supervisor will eventually arrange to have me speak to someone who is very successful in the business talk to me about it and pin point how it worked and broke it all down for me and I understood more about it but I had questions like how do I know this is not a scam or this is just another pyramid company, after doing some research there's a lot of people who are making good money from doing this business now I'm talking six figure incomers to seven figure incomers yearly, and I've met people who tells me the same thing who are in the business as well so I would eventually join the business as a distributor and an independent business owner, I've just started and I am getting the hang of it, so far I like the business it makes me feel more empowered that I own my own internet business and I'm in the ecommerce world, I have marketing companies calling me asking me to use them to promote my business and I've been to meetings and trainings and connecting with other business owners and entrepreneurs, this is a very good business opportunity to get into especially if your ready to work smart and make good money and to go as far as possible. As November draws nearer the presidential election is becoming a little more different let me explain, both candidates wants to help America with different policies different agendas and different mentalities, president Barrack Obama wants to revive the middle class and raise taxes for those who make $250.000 or more governor Mitt Romney wants to cut taxes instead reality says either plans could help or hurt America, but what does the American people want they want jobs a stable economy and growth, the polls show that people like president Barrack Obama but thinks Mitt Romney could fix the US economy but both candidates are just to hard to choose from. America needs a better direction and to be honest either candidates can lead America to that if they have the right ideas, but lets be honest does it really matter what Mitt Romney is or does it matter if president Barrack Obama is a regular guy it really doesn't but Mitt Romney has not released his taxes from over 5 years which he should do as a presidential candidate, one reason why he wouldn't want to release his taxes is because how much he made the media can scrutinize against because of that and just point him to be more out of touch because of how much money he made, in every way lets remember this the presidential election will be based on three things the US economy job creation and foreign policy if neither candidates can deliver on fixing these two main issues we have a problem.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-12216207683808077352011-11-09T22:52:00.000-08:002011-11-09T22:57:35.509-08:00Is College A Ripoff ?

College as we know it is becoming a more expensive, and for inspired kids who want to go to college and achieve there dreams and there's nothing we can do about it but to be frustrated. There's alot of reasons why college is good there are reasons why college is not necessary depending on your mind? now let's be clear people like Bill Gates Mark Zuckerberg Steve Jobs and Michael Dell did not even finish college but there all multi billionaires, but not everyone yet there are countless people who are so successful with out a college degree, so the question is how valuable is a college degree and especially in a time where unemployment is in an all time high is a college degree still necessary? yes depending on what you want to do, don't look at college as an unecessary step because yes there are people whom dropped out of college and became nothing but if your smart and you have alot of ideas you can be very successful without a college degree.
If you have a job and your employer is offering alot of overtime hours you may want to think about why your employer is giving so much overtime, you would like to think that companies are doing so well by now but that's not necessarily true and i hope you know that. In a time when there's so much people out if work and companies are still laying off employees, there's a thought that comes to mind why are so many employed Americans still working so much overtime? and the answer is as simple as this companies are still hesitant to hire more people to work for them, new people who does not know to much about the company that they would be hired to work for, but that's what job training is for but companies feel more comfortable with having there already employed with just doing more overtime for that reason. Corporations are fully equipped with so much technology that they may not need more people to work for them, but they will need people to buy there products and use there services and in order for that to take place they will need to have more employed people and they play a role in that and small businesses as well so offering overtime is not the problem it's offering overtime and and not hireing anymore people to work for them that's the problem.

YES WE CAN!! or no you can't ? well in the beginning of 2009 after Barack Obama was sworn into the presidential oval office and America was fired up and ready to go even in a 10.5 percent unemployment rate an economy losing about 700,000 jobs a month America was still fired up and ready to go, there are two things i would credit Obama for doing and that's killing bin laden and trying to fix health care even though that was a lot of spending too. Lets go back to 2009 where he passed a stimulus bill worth 787 billion dollars to keep the economy afloat, and then there was a health care bill that he did say he wants in his office buy august but because of the politics and the bickering in Washington it was passed later than that. What happened to America financially and emotionally in 2008 with the US economy and major layoffs, it was such an emotional time in this country and with the very intense presidential elections it was very emotional for all of us. This is my critique of President Barack Obama.

HE WAS TO NICE
The worst thing you can do is work with people who wants to see you fail
like what Rush Limbaugh said and i quote i want him to fail, republicans and
democrats have there agendas but a democratic president in office should
have worked with mostly democrats and get things done much quickly
but working on bipartisanship is what slowed him down.

HE WAS TO ANTI-BUSINESS
Now i am pro business and pro corporate, but i will cut him some slack on this one now
at the time America was experiencing something it has never experienced before or at
least since the great depression, but in a bad economy where are begging businesses to
hire people it wasn't the best idea to keep criticizing corporations for there way of
spending taxpayers money to where it seems as if he was talking about all of corporate
America when he was just talking about banks at wall street.

THERE WAS NO SMALL BUSINESS LENDING
The federal government spent well over a trillion dollars since 2009 most of witch went
to the health care bill and the stimulus package, but no small business lending ? there are about 154.4 million employed individuals in the US and small business are the largest employers in the country employing 53% of all us workers, and 30 million small businesses in the US accounts for 64% of net new jobs, even over 99% of all employing organizations in the US are small businesses so it would have been and it's still is a great idea to lend to small businesses.

In overall progress i would give the president a D- for the reason of the economy and the
unemployment rate, and no matter how you want to look at it this economy is the biggest issue on the table and if the unemployment rate continues to be high and the US economy continues to produce jobs very poorly every month, well i don't know what president Barack Obama will do next year for his reelection bid but i very much doubt the American people would be fired up and ready to go.

President Obama got a lot of votes from people based on the color of his skin. Many people wanted to elect a black man president to send a message about race relations in this country. They also wanted to be perceived as "color-blind" when it comes to race. So the only criteria was his skin color.

However, now the bloom is off the rose. People are now judging the President based on what he has accomplished in his first 2.5 years in office and lots of people are not impressed. In business, we would call this over promising and under delivering. Expectations were so high at the beginning of his presidency, it would have been virtually impossible to meet all the expectations. But meeting some of them would have been nice.

This is similar to his failed experience with the Annenberg Challenge, where he and William Ayers put their ideas about education into play. The Annenberg Foundation shut down their experiment in educaton when their students were shown to be no different scholastically from public school kids, even after blowing through millions of dollars.

Now, he is experimenting with his ideas about economic growth, capitalism government intervention in business and market forces. Sadly, much like the Annenberg challenge, his ideas have been shown to be completely ineffective. Yet his pride and his inability or unwillingness to take responsibility for what his administration has done (or, more to the point, not done) have become more and more apparent to many citizens.

It would be different if he was learning from his mistakes, making changes to his policies and being willing to listen to different ideas. But he is not. And with news starting to surface about how effective the changes that Gov. Scott Walker has put into place in Wisconsin, many people are wondering why President Obama and his staff can't see the obvious and do the same things, on a national scale.

If President Obama loses the presidency in November of 2012, he will blame the tea party movement, Congress and anyone else he can find. Sadly, he will have no one to blame but himself.

I was in a Rite Aid pharmacy the other day and about to pay for my stuff at their new bank of automated self-check out kiosks. I heard one woman behind me say to her friend, “Oh, I would NEVER use those things. They take jobs away from people.”
Um…duh?

What’s that? You’d like to work for my small business? I appreciate your interest. And I, like so many others, feel terrible about how long you’ve been unemployed. We would like to do something about the situation. We’d like to help you. But there’s something you (and the woman from the Rite Aid) need to know. I’m not sure how to say this kindly so it’s best I just say it: many of us don’t really need more employees.

Of course the fact that you’re out of a job has a lot to do with the state of the economy. Growth is anemic. The uncertainty in the current business environment is holding a lot of us back from making the investments that we’d like to make. And regulations and the prospect of more regulations, let alone higher taxes to pay for our country’s deficits, are giving many of us cause for concern. For that we can certainly blame many: our politicians, the government, the banking system, the media…even ourselves.

But it’s not just that. In fact, one of the biggest reasons why you don’t have a job (and the prospects of finding a job are not encouraging) can also be blamed on someone else: Microsoft. And other technology companies like them.

Because there’s something else going on in this economy. Just look at the below chart. It shows that our country’s Gross Domestic Product, while growing at a painfully slow pace, is now higher than it was before the 2008 recession. And yet it’s common knowledge among those who track these things that there are more than seven million people without jobs than there were at the start of the recession. Which means that businesses are producing more products and services than ever before…but with 7 million fewer people. And by the way…corporate profits are at an all-time high too.

Manufacturers are leading the charge. Just look at how manufacturing productivity has risen over the past thirty years in this country while the number of people employed to make stuff has decreased.

I know you need a job and I know this is a very difficult situation. And I don’t want to sound cruel because I’m trying to help you. And to get help with a problem the first thing we have to do is diagnose the problem. So here’s the cold, hard truth about why you’re unemployed: most businesses don’t need you any more. We can do just as much, if not more, without you.

Over the past twenty years, the technology industry, led by companies like Microsoft, have given us powerful databases, operating systems, networks and software applications that have made it easier for us to accomplish more tasks than we did before with less people. And it’s not just Microsoft who you can blame.

Blame Sage, who makes Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management software that has enabled businesses to automate their marketing campaigns, build workflows for alerting managers when inventory needs to be replenished and generate workorders and invoices that are immediately emailed without employing teams of people.

Blame Rackspace and Amazon and other cloud based infrastructure providers, who allow us to host all of our business applications on their servers, thereby eliminating many in our information technology departments and cutting back on wasted time from downed computers and security flaws.

It’s true that the costs of healthcare and other regulations have discouraged many of us from hiring full time employees. But at the same time we’ve come to realize that maybe we don’t need as many full time employees as we used to. And because technology has advanced so much, even over the past few years, we’ve seen an explosion of outsourcing among businesses, both small and large.

For little cost, companies like mine can easily setup systems for external access and collaboration. We use remote desktop services (again from Microsoft) , but also from companies like Citrix Online and LogMeIn so that our contractors can access our networks to do their work. We use cloud based applications like Box.net, Basecamp, Salesforce.com and NetSuite to manage projects, share data and schedule tasks with both employees and approved outsiders wherever they are. Thanks to Microsoft, Google and companies like Zoho and Dropbox we can now easily put out entire office in the cloud – documents, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, projects.

And we can communicate with our outsourced help, wherever they are, more quicker and easier than before. We make free phone calls using Skype and inexpensive mass calls (or texts) using products like VoiceShot. We hold free conference call sessions using Freeconferencecall.com. We share our desktops using Glance and Join.me. We hold training sessions using Webex. We use video tools like Oovoo to virtually meet face to face.

And finding outsourced help is easier than it’s ever been. That’s because we can search sites like Craigslist, Elance and Guru. And when we find qualified people to accomplish specific tasks for us we can use these sites to set our relationships, manage our payments and communicate our needs.

Which is why so many of the tasks once done by companies are now being outsourced to individuals and other companies who can, using their own internal technology, perform these same tasks with so many less people. Most of the clients I work with outsource their payroll to companies like ADP and Paychex. Many outsource their bookkeeping needs to firms that do nothing else, but do it more efficiently. Most companies now have internet based phone systems where an automated attendant re-directs calls to people’s cell phones and voice mail messages are sent to them via text with no humans in the middle.

No humans.

Are you starting to see the picture? I know you want to be hired full time by me. And I want to be doing my part. But please understand: I’m running a business. I want to make profits. And these tools are letting me make more profits by employing people only when I need them rather than carrying them on my payroll.

It’s not all Microsoft’s fault. What they’re doing is nothing compared to what’s happening on the shop floor. Because, quietly and without fanfare, companies like the Oystar Group are making machines that fill tubes faster than before, requiring less shifts of people to complete an order. And equipment from Keller Technology enables cosmetics and pharmaceutical manufacturers to produce more product with less people. And software and consulting firms like Intuitive ERP and Epicor are helping manufacturers change their internal processes to create more products from less space and using less resources, particularly people.

We know this is true in our own lives. Things are lasting longer and working better. We’re keeping our cars well beyond 100,000 miles. We’re letting our fridges and toasters and kettles do their jobs well beyond the lifespan that our parents did. New developments in flooring, painting and construction are resulting in longer use of our homes. Because technology is better. Have you ever had a TV repairman to your house? How many times has your washing machine broken down over the past twelve years and thousands upon thousands of cycles? Because of technology, there are less people needed to manufacture and service the durable equipment that we use because this stuff is working better and for a much longer period of time.

And with all that, we still need you. Don’t believe me? Look at last month’s Monster Employment Index or read Gallup’s recent Job Creation data. Both surveys find that job availabilities are at their highest level than before 2008. But these are not same the jobs that existed before 2008. That’s because we don’t need as many receptionists, clerks, cashiers, bookkeepers, inventory stockers and maintenance people as we used to. Technology has helped us cut back on all of that. Go to your local supermarket (or Rite Aid) and you’ll see what I mean.

But we do need programmers. And experienced customer service people. We need engineers, scientists, high end equipment operators, nurses, lab technicians and (very soon) capable construction workers too. In other words: people with skills. As a business owner it’s a no-brainer to me that if I can profit from your skills I may very well be persuaded to hire you. What expertise can you bring to me that a machine can’t do for much less? I have to meet that challenge with my own customers. That’s the challenge that we all face.

Of course, all economies are cyclical. And more jobs will be created once the economy again begins to grow. No one knows when this will happen and right now, in our current political environment, many aren’t feeling too confident that this will happen anytime soon. But even in a growing economy will we ever see 5-6% natural unemployment again? This may never happen. And if it doesn’t, please don’t just blame the politicians. Blame Microsoft. And other tech companies like them. It’s because of them that I’m not hiring you.
Don't you just wonder what was going through jurors minds when they decided the verdict for Casey Anthony? and the fact that we may never know exactly how little Caylee Anthony died but we do know this there where no proof that Casey Anthony killed her daughter now there are alot of people shocked about the verdict that came in 2:15pm Tuesday afternoon which was read by one of the jurors who was a women and she said very pleasantly in the case of Casey Marie Anthony murder in the first degree we find the defendant NOT GUILTY! now she was also found not guilty of aggravated manslaughter of a child and not guilty in aggravated child abuse but she was found guilty of four misdemeanor counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer now she was convicted of lying, so alot of people are very angry that she was not convicted, but what can you do that's what happens when you don't have enough evidence and not enough proof to be completely honest i already believed she was innocent for the reason that all that witnesses that the prosecutors brought on the stand just wasn't helping there case at all but just making it easier for the defence and the idea that you can push the death penalty on someone for killing one person there own child is absolutely ridiculous. Nancy Grace who has a show on CNN headline news has been getting alot of heat for the way she reported this case trying to kind of make Casey Anthony look guilty during this entire trial, now she's a former prosecutor who misses prosecuting she joined CNN in 2007 and began talking about criminal cases such as this one, We may never know how little Caylee Anthony died but let this homicide trial teach us something about the American legal system know one is guilty until you prove it no matter how much you might think that person is already guilty.
Youth who bully frequently during adolescence are more likely to be aggressive and to have criminal records in adulthood and bullied children may grow up with diminished self-confidence and maybe no self esteem, now you remember the days when the average boy would go to school and minding his own business a big kid would show up and slam him against his locker and demand all his lunch money and make fun of him while all the kids are laughing he would walk with his head down and be sad for being piked on and being made fun of, yup those where the days but times has changed and we need to understand that it's not like that anymore it happens in schools but not as much as it use to bullying is now online and it's easier for kids to bully, now there are no regulations going on but the law is not fast enough to catch up to technology but it's not the regulating that's the problem because you can't tell someone you can't post a certain type of message it's there account and yes they should have the freedom to post what they want we can't control the actions of humans they can only control there own actions online and offline.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-2768033034513985982011-06-14T22:57:00.000-07:002011-06-18T20:56:30.234-07:00The NBA Lockout

Last July the Miami Heat secured the 2011 NBA championship by luring superstar LeBron James away from Cleveland. LeBron joined Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh to form the Heat’s three-headed monster of talent, a triumvirate that would best the rest of the NBA for years to come. James’ predictions of success were, understandably, bold, with LeBron forecasting “Not two, not three, not four, not five, not six, not seven titles.”Perhaps he should have said “not one.”A funny thing happened to the Heat on the way to the NBA throne room. The veteran, hungry, determined Dallas Mavericks took the championship away from Miami. And the Mavs did it the same way they dispatched the Thunder in the Western Conference finals, with stifling defense, timely shooting and not an ounce of quit. For series MVP Dirk Nowitski it was vindication, as he has shed the mantle of “one of the best players never to have won a ring.”For LeBron haters, the finals’ outcome likewise provides some vindication, as James cements his position as “one of the best players never to have won a ring.”It also has to give Cleveland fans a warm, fuzzy feeling, since King James left his hometown for South Beach because “I want to win championships.”The Mavs’ win shows just how hard it is to win a championship in any sport, but particularly in the NBA. After an 82-game regular season you must go through four playoff rounds. Have a couple of bad nights in any of those series and you find yourself packing up for summer vacation. It also proves great teams are great because everyone plays together, everyone plays their role and everyone is working for the same goal. The Dallas Mavericks were not the most talented group of individuals in this series, simply the best and most cohesive team.Which brings us now to the off-season, which could, in itself, be a bit of a long, strange trip. If you like the current NFL lockout you will love the NBA off-season.The NBA’s collective bargaining agreement expires June 30. Without a new deal the owners will lock the players out, and the two sides are about as far apart right now as Dallas and Miami, the cities, not the teams. The owners want shorter contracts and less guaranteed player salaries. They also want to revamp the salary cap. In other words, they want a bigger piece of the pie. Of course, this comes on the heels of increased TV ratings and increased interest in the NBA. So why not shut the doors, shut out the fans and put a noose around the golden goose’s neck? Where Mavs’ fans could spend the off-season dreaming of a repeat, Heat fans could lick their wounds and dream of redemption and Thunder fans could ponder their team taking the next step and reaching the NBA finals next season, the looming lockout puts a lid on all that. After the June 23 NBA draft, the league will be on hold until some sort of agreement is reached. The looming lockout already has caused cancellation of the summer leagues in Las Vegas and Orlando, hampering the development of young players. The possibility the lockout could delay the start of the 2011-2012 NBA season will have a chilling effect on ticket sales, not to mention the sales of league merchandise, which will cost the owners, who are already pleading poverty, even more cash. Hang in there, Thunder fans. The young, talented and now a year older and wiser OKC squad will be among the pre-season favorites to contend for next season’s NBA championship, presuming there is a next season, that is.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-24296697586454278592011-05-04T10:43:00.000-07:002011-05-20T20:22:16.520-07:00Bin Laden Is Dead!

Well it was May 1 by 11:30pm i was laying down on the couch and i decided to put CNN just to see if anything else was going on and indeed there was, Breaking News-Osama Bin Laden is DEAD! and at first i felt like WHAT! how when where did he die where's the proof ? this is hilarious! and that's what i thought in my mind but it is true bin laden is finally gone after all the tens of billions of dollars we have spent on wars and weapons and the lost of thousands of solders lives, now it's time to end this meaningless war in afghanistan unless President Obama has a very good reason for still being there, the purpose of the war now is to keep the Taliban from taking over afghanistan which afghanistan is supposed to do by themselves however the war in afghanistan has no other meaning now Bin Laden is dead.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-32762786764919078912011-03-21T22:42:00.000-07:002011-03-22T12:38:28.860-07:00Is NFL just in business to make money ?

The league filed its response in federal court Monday march 21st to the players' class-action antitrust lawsuit. The NFL argues judges are barred from stopping lockouts as part of the Norris-La Guardia Act. Well maybe not but there are some people who think it's ok because they tell it like it is even if they offend people, the funny thing is that controversy can make stars now days but would you want to be a star because you wrote a book against Muslims or you said something controversial on TV and the media got so excited about it or because of your talent and your gift that you have to share with the world ? people as of these days are more political and more angry and as usual the media mostly look for bad things to air more than good things, very often controversial stars are made by the news media because of the bad things that they wants to broadcast like bias and controversy and negative things, you can say it's fox news msnbc or cnn but to be honest it's the media in general, what we should do is to do our research more often to get the facts and to know the true story behind it because the media these days are not that trusted and yes they do have there agendas.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-65866617672256677972010-10-23T23:08:00.000-07:002010-10-25T12:47:56.435-07:00Are The Good Times Rolling Again ?

Many people after Elvis death was very pessimistic that there could ever be another massive icon like Elvis but time would pass and Michael Jackson would rise up to be something that would take the world by storm it all began with thriller that sold over 100 million copies world wide, but believe it or not it is possible that there could be another icon that would at least be as good as Micheal Jackson but i don't know if that icon will be better, remember Elvis was a major icon but Micheal Jackson was even better.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-71364183246868994272010-10-11T01:06:00.000-07:002010-10-18T14:59:44.838-07:00Where Is Racism In America Today ?

Now that's a commonly ask question to ask these days for one reason we elected a African American man as our president now some of you would ask why would that be the reason? well look at it this way we have came a long way since the civil rights movement of 1955 to 1968 and white Americans are more open minded now i wonder why ask this question, to be honest with you this question was driven by the fact that there's a minority in the white house now that's why we are so interested in this topic of race and race relations. In 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 we always talked about one thing mostly in the media and that was the war in the middle east and to be honest with you 9/11 was something that took us all by surprise and made America very united against TERORRISM so yes terrorism was other of the day but racism was something we knew existed but not predominantly, but how ever we are a strong nation some say we have a long way to go but i think we just have to have common values and that starts by UNITY.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-59743518162265661182010-10-07T17:18:00.000-07:002010-10-07T22:33:10.914-07:00The Power Of Facebook

Well i have been using facebook for little over a year now and i find it very interesting chatting friending someone you new maybe from years ago facebook has changed our everyday lives we use facebook for alot of things playing games talking to people and advertising, facebook just 5 years ago was not even mentioned anywhere and now look how big it is in our lives facebook is a driving force in our personal lives and our social lives from communicating with friends meeting friends and staying close to family now lets remember that facebook was not the first social networking website invented myspace was founded in 2003 and that site was so popular just until facebook kinda came along and smashed it to the floor with a very more grown up feel to it that attracted alot more users mostly the adult community. These days everybody is talking about facebook and to be honest facebook has help us alot and then again it has also hurt us too with break ups friends posting a picture of us that we never wanted out there in the first place and even bullying, but no matter what facbook is very powerful for one reason and that's us.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-40823550888234080902010-10-06T17:47:00.000-07:002010-10-06T17:47:42.283-07:00In The Real World Venus vs. Mars: Defending FacebookIn The Real World Venus vs. Mars: Defending Facebook: "Shelle Edit: Will is new to me... and to Real World.
Prosperity Preaching

This is the most hottest topic of them all preaching prosperity now the bible does talk about having alot but it's not that specific tho it's pretty clear, but Jesus in the new testament did not sound like someone who would agree with prosperity preaching for an example in matthew chapter 19:16 when Jesus was approached by a rich young man who had alot of possessions he ask Jesus what good thing must i do to enter into the kingdom of heaven and Jesus told him to obey a series of commandments and then the rich young man responded i have obeyed all o those commandments what else do i do then Jesus said go and sell all your possessions and give to the poor and you may follow me and be my disciples, the rich young man left sad and grieved because of what he had own then Jesus said to his disciples that it will be truly hard for a rich man to get into the kingdom of heaven and as he said it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into the kingdom of heaven, so clearly it seems tho as if Jesus disagree with prosperity preaching does he? saying that being rich will keep you from getting you into heaven seems very awkward now think about what jesus meant by telling the rich young man sell his possessions and follow him as his disciple, if you are rich and you forget about God and couldn't care less about Jesus Christ you gained the whole world but you are going to lose your only soul that's what Jesus meant. Now preaching prosperity did not come from creflo dollar it has been preached for years but it was not a big deal mainly because of traditional christian beliefs, money is not something that is known for being preached in the church and yes i personally believe that we should embrace wealth and riches and material things but remember who made it possible for you to get it in the first place.

Pastors

Prominent Bishops Televangelist or Ministers have been targeted not only for what they preach but also for what they have, so of course a multimillionaire pastor driving to church every Sunday in a Bentley does not sound at all typical but times have changed and we are living in a new era where anyone can be famous and capitalize on it like for an example Sarah Palin's daughter being on the show dancing with the stars? and only because she's Sarah Palin's daughter that's amazing now days with young kids with multimillion dollar websites and people who dropped out of college and became billionaires don't be so surprised to see a pastor driving a Rolls Royce.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-56469870220399795462010-10-03T22:04:00.000-07:002010-10-03T22:08:46.715-07:00Has America Lost Civility ?

Well of course think back in 2007 or 2006 we where happier and more optimistic but there where things we where angry about then the like war in Iraq, yet here at home things where kind of going well for us economically and financially i can remember a time when i was watching the stock market boom to where people was talking about investing and trading everyday yet it was all a ticking time bomb. In January of 2007 things started to become a little funny first the mortgage mess that made us thing are we headed for a recession? i can remember watching the view and Barbra Walters asking former chairman of the federal reserve Alan Greenspan if we are headed for a recession and he said precisely no well he was wrong VERY wrong. 2008 job loses started to climb at record percentages and the economy was looking even more funny then there was something that happen that none of us would think would happen we elected the first African American as our president and it kind of united us for a little bit but not for long, in 2009 president Obama signed a bill that would begin a very silly political fight nationally.Unemployment lost of jobs bad economy foreclosure crises it just made people more angry at the country and looking back not so long ago America was doing so well and just 4 years later we are now in a recession? it just made people very angry and it's everywhere in America.Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3602807282293612685.post-78754329451639595622010-09-23T00:10:00.000-07:002010-09-23T00:20:01.345-07:00Are Reality Shows Real or Fake?

The answer to the question, are reality shows real, is obviously no. In the earlier times, when there were other forms of reality TV, these shows had some part that displayed real emotion and behavior. In the recent times, however, they are nothing but hyped series of episodes where the cast (even non-actors), is made to put up a drama and act funny for entertainment. Today there are many reality show ideas for talent hunts, game shows and stunt competitions, where all the contestants compete for money. Take a look at some more facts on reality television and find out, are reality shows real.

Are Reality Shows Scripted?
It all began with the super hit series of Big Brother, where a bunch of not so famous celebrities had to live with strangers 24/7 and were cut off from the whole world. They competed against each other for money and the last survivor, won it all. Though these shows are not completely scripted, the backbone of the show is surely written. Once the rules and regulations to be followed are jotted down, the rest of the show is carried further by the characters in the show. Because all reality shows have to start with introducing strangers to each other on the show sets, the drama is created when they react, make friends, don't get along and sometimes even get in a fight. Today as the effects of reality TV are enormous on viewers, entertainment channels are coming up with many such shows. Some reality shows which involve videos about certain events like police chases, training academies, etc. are however not scripted, as they are 100% real.

Are Reality Shows Staged?
As mentioned above, one of the most favorite types of reality shows are the talent hunts like "American Idol, America's next top model, The Jearsey Shore The Real House Wives Of New Jearsey The Apprentice", etc. These shows get fresh, young faces from all parts of the country and put them all together. When they live with complete strangers who they have never even seen before, the media shooting the show gets drama and the viewers get entertainment. This is how reality talent shows are staged in front of their audience. There are many reality shows which have continued for many seasons and are still aired, but some don't have a good fate.

No matter how much we contemplate about 'are reality shows real or not', we can never be sure of how much is real and how much is not. Thus, as far as they keep entertaining us, I think we can applaud their efforts and have fun watching them
In general, it's likely that Forbes and Jay-Z, the stage name of Shawn Corey Carter, talked about some of Buffett's favorite topics: money and philanthropy. While Forbes and Jay-Z may seem an unlikely pair, Jay-Z's wealth is estimated at $150 million by some sources. That's short of the $900 million or so needed to make the Forbes list but certainly enough to make some high-caliber financial advice worthwhile.Jay-Z has sold about 40 million albums worldwide, making him one of the most financially successful hip-hop artists, Wikipedia says. He's part owner of the New Jersey Nets of the NBA, has a clothing line and has founded two record companies. Maybe Jay-Z witnessed Buffett's pop-singing attempt in a Geico video earlier this year. Maybe it was Forbes' idea to bring the two together and see what happens. Maybe Jay-Z got the idea from other celebrities who have sought Buffett's counsel as they begin to think about long-term plans for the money they accumulate. Whatever the reason or reasons, the get-together reportedly included a visit to the headquarters of Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. and a photo shoot in the memorabilia-decorated diner along Abbott Drive. The visit was supposed to be secret, with cameras and their images kept within Forbes magazine's custody. But word leaked out (how could it not?), and a photo showing Buffett and Jay-Z appeared on VLADTV's website. An online comment from a VLADTV viewer, playing off Jay-Z's “Brooklyn we go hard” video:
For that amount of money, we have to ask: Is she worth it? Ratings for "Idol" have declined in the past few years. May's finale pulled in about 23.2 million viewers, the lowest number since "Idol's" first season. This isn't to say that "Idol" doesn't still have a huge fan base. But the combination of fewer viewers, the departure of sharp-tongued Simon Cowell and the failure to properly replace judge Paula Abdul, whose unpredictable antics were consummately entertaining, definitely spells trouble for "Idol."So does Lopez have enough star power anymore to breathe new life into "Idol"? While J-Lo is still a household name, the triple threat -- quadruple if you count her clothing line -- has lost a lot of cultural relevance since her "Love Don't Cost a Thing" days. Her past two studio albums, "Brave" and "Como Ama una Mujer," failed to go platinum in the U.S. This year's "Back-up Plan" received dismal critical reviews and grossed $37.5 million domestically at the box office, whereas her 2001 romantic comedy, "The Wedding Planner," pulled in $60.4 million. Of course, Lopez's personal life has changed a lot between marriage and having children, but I think it's more than safe to say interest in Lopez has declined in favor of new pop stars, some who occasionally wear dresses made of meat. Lopez would be a marked improvement over Kara DioGuardi, who just didn't have enough chutzpah to make an impact as a judge, and poor Ellen DeGeneres, who just wasn't right for the show. I'm sure the excitement over Lopez will draw more viewers to the "Idol" initially, but once that dissipates so will the inflated ratings. So will the reported judging panel of Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez be enough to make you tune in to "Idol"? ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, New Jersey — Ferrari dealers in the U.S. have begun calling owners of the 458 Italia, asking them to bring their cars in to check for a defect that could cause fires, a Ferrari North America spokesman"said we just started deliveries in June to U.S. customers," the spokesman said ."Only a handful of cars are involved in the U.S."The spokesman, who asked not to be identified by name, said Ferrari dealers are replacing a heat shield on the 458 Italia that has been identified as a potential cause of fires that have been widely reported by global media outlets."I'm not sure that you would call this a recall," the Ferrari spokesman said, the $230,000 458 Italia was not listed Wednesday morning on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's official recall list.Various Web sites and blogs on Wednesday were reporting that Ferrari had finally begun responding to reports of fires in the 458 Italia. Superquant, a poster on the FerrariChat.com fan site, said: "My dealer just informed me that as of 1 minute ago he learned that Ferrari has issued a recall on ALL 458 due to the fire situation. Ferrari has determined the cause of the 458's that have caught on fire was from an adhesive that attached the heat shield under the rear fenders. The heat shields were attached with an adhesive and became flammable under high temps. The new shield will be attached rivets, not any type of adhesive. Every 458 produced will get this new part so call your dealer now and set up your appointment which of course is free of charge. Ferrari is not taking any chances and will replace this part on every 458 italia produced to date."At the car's official unveiling last summer, Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo, blogging on the company's official Web site, referred to the 458 Italia as "a tribute to Italy and its unique qualities."Your Real Worldhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05173581872355832917noreply@blogger.com0
